The media could not be loaded.  It's cooling is very very good. And noise less mucher than LG but not so much and it's not disturb to you. Because it's is a powerful compressor so noise is less much but good. Now we talk about built Quality ? Here built Quality is very good. Wifi is working properly, over-all outdoor and indoor is looking so pretty and also built quality, remote,ai mode and 7-in 1 mode all is very very good.It's completely a best AC brand. Service is also good. My product was delivered at 8 Pm evening and next day at 9 AM My AC will be installed successfully.

The performance is amazing, and it is also extremely easy to use. The noise is a little loud, but it will not bother you while you sleep.

After so many days of search and reviews of many products.i was tensed till I was started using A/C .Past cooling and variety of features with in 36 k with SBI credit card & good to go.product delivered on time without any damage service engineer came within 3 hours after the product got delivered.Im n raipur service engineer is very professional they have done the installation neatly without any hassle( I have called Panasonic customer care immediately after received product.still amazon order page showing installation scheduled..). Over all very statisfied need to wait for longtime use and quality of product..

I purchased the Panasonic AC unit two months ago, but unfortunately, I'm experiencing some issues with its cooling performance since day one. Despite running it consistently at 18 degrees, it is unable to cool the room. Additionally, there is an annoying knocking sound coming from the unit, which is extremely disruptive and unpleasant. I'm disappointed with the product's performance and with the installation service which Panasonic provided by the local technician instead of experts, who did an unsatisfactory job. Same guy came when I raised the issue and he said there is gas leaking problem. He tried to fix it anyhow but nothing got fixed. Still Facing the same issue. AC running On 16° degree but it feels like it's 30°. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service and the product.

This was our third AC from Panasonic the service and product do work great except the smart app which needs a lot of effort to be put in to improve it, once you open the app and adjust the settings relatable to the AC or heater it just frezzes next time you try to open it which is a bit annoying tbh and the plastic parts quality needs to be improved quite a lot just by general use like opening the panel for the filters they get just broken off with slight pressure and the installation by the technicians should also be improved where yes they do attend but they don't make a clean job although it is done just once it's fine but sometimes they really do take extra measures to get the work done which is commendable and I really appreciate it, so overall improve the parts quality and software for the smart app.

I bought 3 ACs and installation was very professional and neat. Works for 3 weeks and cooling and comfort is good.

Had no complaints with it so far. Working as expected and comes with a lot of features not found in competition.Pricing is also decent.Installation went smooth
