Delivery was very quick and the item well packed. I haven’t actually used the spray yet so can’t comment on its effectiveness etc but the product information is good and the seller sent more info by email which was a nice touch. Thank you

Good. Sticky. Tingles
Quite sticky. Didn’t tingle on feet but definitely did on back or hands . Regarding cramps being eased , I think one week’s usage isn’t enough time to comment . I’ll continue to use and hopefully I can see some better changes .

Spray nozzle broke
Love the product. But the bottle leaked when shaking and after couple months spray nozzle broke. Now have to either decant into platic bottle with spray nozzle or buy another glass bottle. Shame...think I got dodgy spray nozzle. Update: Full refund processed, which more than covered cost of new glass spray bottle. Could not ask for more in terms of customer service if anything goes wrong.
