This is exactly what I was looking for work. Its fits under my cloths. It helps to keep my sciatica pain level down when bending. While trying to bend it doesn't shift up and down which a plus. Breathable and very comfortable. Lastly the straps design are perfectly, I am going to buy another for just incase this product sells out

If you are one like me who goes to Disneyland or Disneyworld and you feel like your lower back feels like splitting in half! I recommend This Back brace. Have wore it for 4 long days and have been a blessing! No back pain! Slim enough that you can’t even tell you are wearing it. It also helps for tummy tuck hehehe. It comes with an extra Velcro piece, that’s very useful. Overall I give it 5+ stars because it’s durability, comfort and it has another elastic strip to tighten the brace, amazing!

Extremely comfortable and gives immediate relief to a back prone to spasms. It forces the core muscles, which should be in use, to wake up and start working, giving the back muscles a rest.

I got the one that is supposed to go up to inches but it falls quite a bit short. Im 5' 8" 400 lbs and it fits but is tight. I did notice it stretches a bit more after i've worn it a few days but a few more inches on the belt would have been nice. It does help support the back too. I have decided to stop wearing it though because of the length of time I wear it I think its making my back muscles even weaker (from the brace supporting everything instead of my muscles working) causing more issues while it is off. If I was just occasionally using it, it would be fine. Also a bit too tight to bend over completly while wearing it, it just wants to slide up when bending over to pick things up off the ground. Bending half way it helps though.

This brace is so much more comfortable AND supportive than the other style I was using (for about a year). Truly wish I had purchased this first.
