Fits, works, good stuff
Fit my 2008 VW Touareg and works just like the OEM unit it replaced. Looks just like the OEM unit too. I guess my old one was dying slowly before it finally quit altogether. New one seems to have better/smoother control than I can remember getting out of the original.

Just makes sense to replace this iitem when repalcing the blower

So far, so good
It's been 8 months and it's doing fine, can't say what will happen tomorrow, but so far happy that I did the aftermarket instead of the OEM which is just stupid expensive for a resistor.

Good value for 2002 Cayenne vs. Porsche OEM product...
My HVAC blower stopped working. Was going to replace both the blower and this controller. I decided to test the blower in place first by applying power directly, and it worked. So the controller was the issue. The controller is less money than the blower, and easier to replace, so test the blower first. The Amazon product page "Confirm Fit" feature may indicate this is for the (optional) rear blower, but that's not correct, it is for the front blower.
