Bearing in mind the cost, this is a great bit of kit and although there was a small problem that would have lowered my star rating, the seller was extremely helpful and sorted it out quickly, hence my 5 star rating.The good stuff: It’s a decent bit of kit, more stable than I expected and the cable column is an added bonus. It’s not anything like what you’d get in a commercial gym but it’s significantly cheaper.Having the eye hooks is a nice touch as it allows you to attach bands for other exercises.It was relatively easy to assemble (despite the awful instructions).There’s a wide variety of exercises possible, thanks to the cable column, you can do pull downs, seated rows etc (provided you have your own weight plates)What could be better: The assembly instructions are pretty poor, you need to have an open mind with the wording and there’s a bit of trial & error with some steps. If you’re the type of person who can assemble flat pack furniture without instructions you’ll be okay.The cable column operation isn’t overly smooth. I ended up lubricating the sleeve with some WD-40 which helped but it’s still not brilliant.The foam rubber handles are nearly impossible to get on. I ended up using a bit of diluted dish washing liquid rubbed inside them to get them on.All in all, despite a few niggles, I can’t complain for the money so if you’re after a power tower with a couple of extras on a low budget, this one’s definitely worth a look.

I bought this after reading previous reviews, so expected the instructions were likely to be tricky to follow, which they were. Main issue is with the bolts etc as they were not always as described, so some figuring out, but once in place held the tower firmly together. Unfortunately, the weights holder wouldn't pass over the joint between the two upright pieces, which was dueto a broken plastic insert, which also did not sit flush in the hole in the metal casing. I contacted the seller, sent pics and a video and received prompt responses to my questions. They eventually offered a full replacement unit, when all I really needed were a couple of small components. Rather than accept this offer, I modified the plastic tabs with a Stanley knife and just cut an angle along the inside length, which now works fine. I had read a similar review elsewhere, so kind of expected this may be a problem.The tower is also really solid and the pulley a great addition, following a few modifications. Overall great value for money.

Not the most stable but that's more down to how much weight you put on it and where you use it. I have it on carpets so extra weights at the back add stability. For that price, it is value for money.

Very sturdy, flexible piece of equipment. Takes a while to put together but that is a mark of the build quality and options available. The instructions are basic but if you take your time they do accurately guide you through the process via the diagrams. I photographed them and blew them up to make it easier. I would recommend as a supplement for any home gym.

I am very pleased with this product. For the money, it is great value. The instructions were pretty rubbish as some pieces were different colours to the instructions and bolts different lengths to the instructions, but the product was complete. I'd suggest to just do everything up loosely to start with as I had to move a few bolts around to get everything to work well. As per the title use, a little talcum powder on the handles and they slip on easily, without any problem. I split one handle before using talc.... grrrr

So if you like me look at the reviews and look at the negative ones first before choosing read on. I took a lot of time to choose this product and mainly for the look I bought it but also it had good product review on internet. Firstly the product is awesome sturdy just make sure you have enough height in your room!!!! The only downside was the aftercare. Arrived lacking some bolts and when I queried it I was asked to get my own as they have no spares then I was offered £15 £30 £60 refunds for £179 but if kit it was never an option. Finally after days of back and forth messages they just sent me a whole new pack out when I only needed bolts. It is terrific however and just wish the service could of lived up to product as it would Of been a straight 5.

I had to contact the seller and they were very quick with replies and extremely helpful. Very pleased with the service. Product does what it needs to for a home gym set up. Feels a bit wobbly when doing pull ups but it’s never going to actually move anywhere it’s just not heavy and bolted to the floor like equipment in gyms.I wouldn’t want to have a boxing bag off it or a TRX as it may feel like it could tip. It could prob ably do with another tighten now I’ve used it a bit.Cable mechanism works well and you can do a wide range of exercises if you get the right attachments and have a bench as well.It does exactly what I intended it to and I assembled it myself, which wasn’t too bad. Just make sure you keep an eye on which bolts you’re using where, as the instructions are quite small.

The tools that come with it will get the thing assembled but you will need to tighten everything up with proper tools. You will need a 14, 16 and 17mm spanners / sockets. Comes with a 14/17mm spanner but it won’t get anything tight.Once assembled properly it’s very sturdy and pretty well made. I’m 95kg and feel very stable on it.Mine was delivered with a missing pulley, seller responded very quickly and resolved straight away with a partial refund and I bought a universal gym pulley next day.Have since bought the sit up bench to use with it.
