I bought this lock so I can lock up my backpack at work, my locker doesn't have a lock attachment. Not worried about anyone going threw my things, even though I don't bring valuables to work.I had to be matching, orange lock. Orange clear backpack and Orange crocs to work. Team Orange. Had to show it off, people thought the little Orange lock came with the backpack.

Easy to set the combination. Love the instructions about not to forget the code selected as there is no way to open if you do!

Works great on gun case
Purchased for my gun case. Works great and was easy to follow directions and program in a new code. There is a slight opening in the case, but the contents cannot be removed.

Good on the beginning but gets worn down
Got a bunch of these locks and have been using them heavily. Here are my notes:Out of the package are easy to set up and lock smoothly. Flexible strap makes it easy to lock a variety of zippers.After much usage, writing on lock wears down and wipes off, including the arrows on the front, making it s bit tricky to use. If dirt gets inside the lock, it gets stuck easily and will not open. Also, lock is VERY easy to cut open. We accidentally reset the code and used simple gardening scissors to cut it right open—a little worrisome as literally anyone can get in. Overall, good but could be made more thief proof, for sure!

Decent enough locks. Work well.
Sturdy enough locks. Feel solid. The cable is handy for those occasions when a fixed shackle is awkward. I doubt they offer major security but are ideal for day bags where you just want to make it harder for someone to open them.

Good value case lock.
I now have four of these, they are great on suitcases or hold alls. They are essential if you are going to the USA.
