Don't leave it in water!
Worked amazingly! Looks great! Definitely use a very shallow water with ice cube dish to keep it cold, and make sure to unscrew and dry the wood piece after. It's not sealed (haha punny) to protect from extended (and I mean I accidentally left it for hours after I was done) water exposure.
