Bodno Magicard 300 Dual Sided ID Card Printer & Complete Supplies Package ID Software - Gold Edition

I had a great experience with Bodno support while setting up the printer I bought (Magicard 300). My 1st call was for help with updating the drive and Joseph answered right away and within 5 minutes my problem was fixed and I was good to go. I really appreciated that as I was really busy. The next day when I was able to use the printer the print quality was off and I suspected it was something I wasn't doing right. This time I spoke to Angelo , he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions, showing me how to adjust the settings and the print quality issue was now fixed. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave me extra tips I didn't know about. Both guys were polite, quick to respond and very helpful. Great support experiences!!!

The Magicard 300 is an awesome ID machine! It is very easy to use and the print quality is great! Set up was a little confusing, but thankfully when I called tech support, Jude was a HUGE help! He helped me fully set up the machine and was a pleasure to speak with!

I would highly suggest not buying a printer with Bodno software. After using this printer a handful of times, I have received an email from Bodno that they will no longer be allowing use of their software without a subscription. This is after having the printer for two years. No grandfathering, my ability to use the product I purchased will become extinct in the next few weeks unless I start paying them more money. Don’t give them your hard earned money, they’ll just work to extort more of it out of you just to use the device you already paid for.

I bought magicard 300 and it is great product for small business. I had trouble with the software and the support was quick to respond and resolve my issue right away. I recommend this company as reliable and responsive. I would buy their product again.

Great value for the money. Double-sided badge printer bundled with Bodno Gold Edition with lots of features. Downside is message reporting software license not detected every time you start the program. Needs to read it from a USB dongle and verify it online. Not the end of the World but a distraction, and time consuming.

The Magicard 300 and Bodno software are amazing and completely hit the mark on what we needed for our badge printing needs.

Tried to register the Magicard 300, but couldn't . Also tried to complete the driver installation but the computer doesn't detect the printer, also the included printer roll , the printer says wrong film loaded.

It works fine. We have two issues with it: 1- The print quality is not that high in comparison to our previous printer. Images appear to be a bit washed.. 2- You better not lose that USB stick that comes with it as it has the Bondo software license key onit. If you lose it, your software doesn't even launch and as such you're out of luck until you pay for another license... ----------------- Update Jan 15, 2025: Apparently the USB license is expired and now we have to pay subscription for the license to keep the software functioning. Ridiculous, seeing that we paid thousands of dollars for the printer and now they want a subscription. Would not recommend.

If you want to customize your cards instead of using an establish template it gets a little complicated. Fairly easy to use if you have some experience working with excel / database fields. HOWEVER - the technical support more than makes up for it. Quick to respond and assist - extremely courteous. Thank you Angelo!!

My printer worked great for one entire foil but then started eating my second foil so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement printer right away and it’s working well. Great product support so far!
