REMfresh works for me. I was surprised since I have tried so many non-prescription sleep aids. This is one of the more costly sleep aids, but since it works, I can’t complain. The coated pills are easy to swallow and tasteless. Sleep quality is extremely good; REMfresh is fast working, so I’ve learned to take it when I’m ready to sleep.

I've tried so many things that it was a relief to find something that helps. I have a nightly routine where I take one Remfresh, one antihistimine, 3 mg melatonin about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I also drink Celestial Seasonings SleepyTime herbal tea. The tea really seems to help. The only problem is I feel groggy for a while in the morning. That's the way melatonin affects me.

I used this melatonin to help me stay asleep all night. It helps me sleep longer. I only wake up usually once to go to bathroom now.

I get a good nights sleep after taking it feel refreshed the next morning

The order was supposed to have 3 boxes but the order only came with 2 boxes. I love the product but very disappointed that the full order was not included. The 2 boxes that did come where sealed together with a sticker that stated "SOLD AS A SET Do Not Separate" so how do they sell this product as a 3 pack?? I would like the additional box sent to me-after all I did pay for it! Or a refund for the box not included.I love this product.....just wish the order would have been filled completely.

Seems to keep me asleep longer than regular 5 or 10mg Melatonin

I have central apnea and my sleep dr recommend this and it works great. I only take 5 mg but he told me I can do up to 10, however 5 is more than enough for me

I think the 2mg works better and is not near as expensive. I won’t order again. Hubby has lots of sleep issues and we thought that the 5 mg would be much better. Saw no difference.
