Useful to do pad, well laid out.

Allows you to schedule tasks, set to do lists, priorities, add notes, arrange meals and keep track of water consumption what more do you need. Nice little daily plan on a page to keep you on track.

Finding these really helpful, I have ASD and ADHD Inattentive subtype and struggle with focus and keeping on track. these help mark the passage of time throughout the day and keep me on track and help with prioritizing. I tend to find other planners really too much, these are simple and clear, other daily plan charts are distractingly colourful or adorned with doodles that cause distraction/further doodling. Or they ask abstract questions like 'what are your thoughts for the day?' These are actually helpful if you're neuro diverse, you get a decent amount of them, i only wish they were a little cheaper, though the paper is good quality.

This planner is absolutely fantastic! The size, and the features such as ‘Top 3’ and the Meals section are really helpful!! The paper is very good quality, and is very thick! I will write in the notes section about extra things I will need to do in the day, but I don’t know when! Once again, this planner is fantastic and I would absolutely buy it again!

It's good and coming in my use but I later discovered that it's quite expensive compared to so many options available at local stores

Great for time blocking, enabling me to worl out busy days before they go in my planner.

Very nice quality. Paper is really thick. It will be best if it printed on both side to save paper wastage

This product is very self explanatory I was using it to see where I was wasting my time and it was so easy just to tear of a sheet atvthe start of the morning
