Way too expensive. Source it locally if possible. It’s generally a staple at southern farmers markets.

Couldn't get back to my home state of Louisiana due to pandemic and we were out of Mayhaw Jelly. Was so excited to fine it on Amazon. YEA!!! It's great.

Tastes great. Almost as good as grandma used to make

I grew up eating mayhaw jelly made by my Mammaw with mayhaws picked up from Dorcheat Bayou. After a gap of 31 years, this jar of jelly was the finest thing I could have asked for!!! And now I've introduced mayhaw jelly to a new generation of Tennessee children (ages 3 - 12) who may not have ever had the pleasure of eating this amazing food were it not available by Cane River Mayhaws LLC and made available here on Amazon.Side note: you REALLY CAN find just about anything on Amazon!!!!

In a few words, hands down the best Mayhaw jelly and (Cane River) the best brand in the known universe.

First off, the jelly tastes great. No problems on that score. However, it is really thick to the point that it is unspreadable, like trying to spread Jello. Someone complained about it being too runny. That was not the case for the three jars I got. In fact I'd much rather the jelly to be runny rather than unspreadable as mine were.

I would have preferred a softer more spreadable product.This jelly is stiff and not easily spreadable but it has the right mayhem flavor.I will not buy more.This is the third time I have been asked to review or rate this jelly and the second time I've answered.

Had never tried this type of jelly before. Heard it talked about on a podcast. Those guys were right this is some good eating. Try it! It is very good. My new favorite.
