Looks well made

Nicely finished plain lightweight box with clasp and hinges fixed firmly and doing their job. Made from pine and ply wood it's ideal for the project I have in mind to house those extra devices that laptops no longer are supplied with i.e. DVD drive, external storage drive, USB docking station with multiple different sockets to attach other devices. The box itself will act as a base on which the laptop can sit hiding all the connecting leads ands wires that accompany external devices. The pine walls will be soft enough to cut to accommodate the facia of the DVD drive, docking station and port holes for the connecting leads. The smooth finish of the box is acceptable as it is but would lend itself to painting or varnishing. Overall I'm very happy with finding the right size box and although a little expensive for the quality of materials used, as it suits my purposes feel it is an acceptable price to pay.

Handy for screwdrivers and small tools

I brought this to store my medication, also I wanted a container that fitted in my kitchen drawer. Worked like a dream. However the clasp is useless and doesn't stay securely closed. I think that it's overpriced irrespective. Delivery was days early. One question, if the delivery is stated say 5 days in the future, what happens to it if Royal Mail deliver when you aren't home? Does the postie know your specific delivery specification?

I like it but still looking for something to put in thr box.

For what you pay, a well made light weight box. My only, very small issue, was the clasp to close the box. It wasn’t lined up perfectly, so once closed - popped open again. Result, just a small screwdriver to ease off one part of the clasp and reposition it a fraction over. Overall, very pleased. I use it for my fishing tackle. Inserted two extra chambers using balsa wood and then stained and lacquered it all. Looked vintage once done and that was the idea…… worth it all.

Le modèle proposé est exactement ce que l'on reçoit, bien fini.

Il prodotto è ottimo. Ben costruito, funzionale e con un buonissimo odore di legno. Purtroppo, almeno nel mio caso, la spedizione è stata lenta (non gestita da Amazon). Arrivata con qualche giorno di ritardo (non gratuita), forse perché il venditore è inglese ed ora, Covid a parte, con il Brexit, sarà tutto ostacolato e rallentato. Comunque, il prodotto, ripeto è ottimo e ATTENZIONE: leggete bene le misure INTERNE della scatola, prima di ordinarla!

Io l ho utilizzata per riporre i miei ferri da maglia, devo dire che è molto comoda è bastato decorarla un pochino e una mano di lucido.
