Rizla the best for Cigarette Rollers. You can buy cheaper but definitely these are the most reliable. Not cheap at all only negative.

Makes perfect roll ups
Great for the purpose they are designed for. I found that you do need to keep some tension with your fingers when rolling to get the perfect roll up. These machine do need replacing every few months as the plastic gets loose or as in my old one it springs open before you get the paper in. At £4 each though it isn’t an issue.
