I bought a different brand and spent ages trying to narrow the problem to the new cable. The LED’s showing data flow is really helpful.

Tested and works well with a Yamaha DGX-200 keyboard but no joy with an older Yamaha EZ-20.

I bought this to connect a mac mini to an ancient effects pedal and it works perfectly without having to do any messing around / installing drivers etc Using a USB C connector with a C to A adaptor is an nice touch, new macs are all USB-C based, so this can be plugged in directly, however if you have an older device, or like me, a dock and more A than C ports free, you can use the suppled adaptor

Ordered this item around 6 weeks ago and have just got around to trying it out. Plugged it in and the MIDI out does not light up or work. Going by other reviews this is a common defect and I would recommend trying another product or checking the product before the option to return ends.

No driver needed for my Mac computer, and connected to pedalboard immediately. Quick delivery.

Performs as expected.

An inexpensive unit that was delivered next day to Brisbane, Australia. Use it to connect to my Korg M1 and other synthesiser. Works like a champion with the M1 using Midi-Ox for both sending and receiving data to the M1. Highly recommended
