OtterBox Defender Pro Cases' Mileage Will Vary
This appears to be a really good docking station. It's nice and sturdy, and there's nothing persnickety about setting it up. Plug it in and go. With that said, I ended up returning mine. TL;DR: If your phone is naked or is in a garden-variety light-to-medium case, you'll probably be very happy with this dock. If you're using a heavy/rugged case, though, you're rolling the dice with this one. Long version: In my house, we have an iPhone 12 with an OtterBox Defender Pro case and a Note 20, also with an OtterBox Defender Pro case. We bought the phones and cases a couple weeks ago from my local Verizon store, within a day of each other, so no worries about knock-offs or weird aging issues. The problem is that the Defender Pro case runs _really_ close to that 3mm cut-off that this charger is rated for. Close enough that normal manufacturing variations come into play. My Note 20 charges fine on this thing. My husband's iPhone stops charging after anywhere from a few seconds to a couple minutes, and the led on the charger starts blinking. We tried both phones on both the flat pad and the angled pad. The Note charged fine, all the way to 100%, on the flat pad. It didn't register at all on the angled pad. The iPhone charged briefly on both charging spots, and then got the blinking led. We know the phones were properly centered because the case has little gray nubs on its sides at the mid-way point, and we were able to use those nubs to line up the phone to the charging spot. Our options at that point were to either change out to a thinner case for the iPhone, or return the docking station and look for one rated for 5mm-thick cases. We decided to keep the heavy case and look for a different dock.

Iphone would not charge anymore on the 2nd day of usage
The charger was sturdy and a good design. It did charge my Airpods pro but on the 2nd day it would not charge my Iphone 12 anymore. Lucky I'm able to get a refund from amazon. also when charging my apple watch error message on apple watch this device is not compatible for charing. Some generic message like that.

Works perfectly
So I have been looking for a 3 in 1 charging port for my Apple devices and I was finally able to get it. I've always been a huge fan of Logitech because the brand works with everything. So number one either color is great I prefer white. Next the price it seems insane but its worth it and it works perfectly so no complaints about the price and the product. I haven't been this satisfied with a charging product. Lastly, you won't have to worry about your wires getting bent or old because it only has one wire for the WHOLE thing and charges pretty fast. Thank you Logitech! :D

Don't purchase
I’ve had this product for about a year. It worked decently for a couple months. I liked the design but it isn’t reliable. Even if you take the cases off of your devices it may or may not charge the device.

Great product for iPhone <12
Great charger, loved the look and feel of it but not compatible with any iPhones with MagSafe. iPhones 11 and older will work

The only one that actually works
Bought a couple of cheap chinese options before and they stopped working after a couple of months and I needed to install the iwatch charger. This one charges all 3 units without cables and has lasted 9 months so far.

Phone and watch charger are great
Like I said with headline phone and watch charger are great the air pod charger does nothing but make the pods blink. For what you pay its very disappointing.
