I use this cookbook everyday. Love to tab it out since it has so many recipes from preparing meats, sauces, side dishes, pasta and even bread from scratch. Attached are some photos of just a couple of recipes and my goodness is it worth the buy!! 100/10 recommend

Covers, where specific meat if from on each animal. A brief history on butchering, and recipes are very simple and easy to follow.
