What a great product!

Servings per container (10) is not enough to test if a supplement really works, in my opinion. However, in the short time I tried this, it did nothing for me in regards to regularity. I tried it in the AM and PM, with and without food, none of the times did it help me "go".

I take this daily..works great to keep you regular..doesn't taste bad../no taste really.....I add 2 scoops as directed to half a glass of water and fill the rest of my glass with juice..its a very good fiber supplement...kinda pricey..but a good way to get more fiber..I'm happy with this product.

Dissoves quickly and is easy to drink. Doesn’t taste like much of anything and I don’t feel a texture issue - will continue to use.

My favorite fiber. Has no taste, dissolves relatively well. And good amount of fiber per serving.

This is very much like sawdust in consistency, how anyone is giving this good ratings is beyond me. Hard pass.
