Do the job.
Sharp blades that function well. Easy to apply blade to tool. Give good accuracy when cutting. I wish the quality was a bit better. I would go with name brand for the tool. Blades are ok to use a refill.

Good Quality Exacto Knife
I do leather work as a hobby. I purchased the #11 blade because it’s shape and blade angle are a better fit for my projects. The blades are extremely sharp. The end cap that fits over the blade is made of sturdy plastic. The unit comes with spare blades which is always nice, but so far, I am still using the original blade as it is still plenty sharp. I would recommend this to anyone needing an Exacto knife.
