This size is perfect for me, I wear a medium to a large glove size. If you don't care about the chimes like some have, (I find that annoying after a few minutes) you will love this product. I can watch TV and use these at the same time. Also the weight of these are perfect. Some others lack in that department. I also think the heavier the easier it is to use. Just my opinion. I plan on buying some more for gifts for some friends that can use it with all its benefits. The case is convenient too.

These are solid steel. Like big ball bearings. So in that, just know that they do not jingle like some other options. They are just the right size, and after getting used to the weight, they are perfect. Thinking about ordering a second pair for using both hands simultaneously.

These baoding balls are the perfect size for my hands; they were the smallest I could find. They have a nice weight. I was told that for my purpose (relieving symptoms from carpal tunnel syndrome), the balls should have weight. Although balls with chimes might be pleasant to listen to while using the balls, the balls would be much lighter because they would have to be hollow to hold the chime. The case is as described/pictured, sturdy, and practical.

I was expecting shiny polished stainless steel and got dull grey mottled looking balls with imperfections. 😒 Quite disappointed.

The case is decent and the bearings are fine for their intended purpose, but they are magnetized and not 304 stainless steel (see picture).

These are nice. I wear a size large--extra large glove; and these are a good size for me. A great quality; perfectly round (some are not; like chromed non-stainless steel Baoding balls.) Nice quality carrying case as well. I play guitar, and have arthritis. These help to keep my fingers and hands limber. Recommend highly.

Exceeded my expectations. Before I used squeeze shaped sized eggs for years, while that did help, these steel baoding balls did the trick. I was so impressed with them I purchased another set and have both hands spinning simultaneously and my hands no longer hurt. These are high quality and the perfect size for everyone.
