Does this fit the warn zeon 10-s cable? i tried the normal factor 55 and it is too narrow to fit the end-loop on the 10s.

Yes it should fit same winch I have you might have to squeeze the end of the line where the metal end is sometimes they are to tight you can use a big C clamp

Will two straps fit into the straps? The hook part seems small.

Getting 2 strap ends in the hook is tough, I would suggest using a soft shackle with standard wide flat straps.

Will this fit a smittybilt xrc gen 2 12k winch with synthetic rope?

It fits on a gen 2 10k with synthetic rope, but the cast hook had to be cut off. Check the width of the metel rope guard hoop at the end of the rope to verify it fits in the opening of the factor 55 hook, spec sheet says it fits up to 3/8in cable but the synthetic rope is 7/16 and compresses when stretched. Make sure you wrap the rope end in wet rags before you cut the hook off.
