What cable would i need to connect this sub to the kef lsx - thanks

you need a RCA Cable, Y Cable/Subwoofer Cable/Audio Cable / 1 x RCA to 2 x RCA. There are in different length to choose from. Also KEF is now advertising a wireless system to link the subwoofer. You can check it out on their website

Can this be powered by the lsx’s usb socket as I have the lsx wired into the wall. Thanks

Yes, it can, the USB offers the same power output for the KW1 Emitter.

What is the mains power watts on standby? how is it switched on? i have kef psw2010 sub which uses 15w on standby - unacceptabe now.

While I wait - in general and by law, we should not use more than 0.5W in standby. Our Subwoofers are activated by incoming signal – if the signal strength is high enough.
