Portronics Konnect L 1.2M Fast Charging 3A 8 Pin USB Cable with Charge & Sync Function for iPhone, iPad (Grey)

I ordered this cable for primarily using it with my iPhone in my car for Apple Car Play. The existing cable from Capdase that I was using for more than 3 years gave away after switching to iPhone 13 Pro max as the phone size is large and the cable was getting crimped in the car while keeping my phone. So I wanted a cable that has a right angled lightning connector and found this. Though the reviews were mixed bag, I just ordered it considering its low price tag of 149Rs and the brand Portronics. When i received the cable, I was pleasently surprised to see its robuts contruction. The right angled lightning connector is quite sturdy, the braided cable also looks good. On my first day of usage in car, it worked flawlessly and never disconnected and the phone also recharged in its usual pace since my car's USB is fast charge capable. So at 149Rs this is a good cable, worth for the price it commands.

A good device but inner wiring is not that good as i was only able to use it for around 4-5 months and after that it started loosing connection with phone and started disconnecting whenever I used to touch my phone for any reason, otherwise everything was too good (length, upper covering , style, fast charging).So it justifies its amout 150₹

Product built quality is ok I purchased 2 cables both started malfunctioning after 1 month each while connecting suddenly disconnecting dont buy useless cable.

Cable has very short life span. Doesnt charge one side after 3 months of usage. Other side also gives up in 6-9 months depending on usage. At the price point, this should be expected. Either we need to buy a new one every 6-9 months or invest more price and buy a decent one

This is a great product. It is soft, braided and looks very durable. Have tested data speed and charge speed and it meets expectations. Angled lightning connector will helps a lot in connecting the phone in car and organising well. I have been using apple original cable for long time along with Wayona’s braided cable. Apple’s cable is very flimsy and not durable. While Wayonas are stiff but durable. This product is balanced between both of them. I like this more than any other cable I have tried. 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

Writing this review post 10 months and 3 orders of the same product. Honestly Portronics Konnect L lightning cable works like magic with the original Apple charging brick. Seeing the price of the cable I initially hesitated buying as it was as low as ₹99/- with the offers and so I wasn’t sure if it would work well with my iPhone 12 or whether it would impact my iPhone’s battery health because all the other lightning cable brands were costing over ₹350/- like Wayona, Amazon Basics, etc. Earlier I was using Wayona Brand lightning cable with eventually frayed and stopped working. Charging Speed: Charges my iPhone fast enough almost similar compared to the original cable level when used with 12W Original Apple power adapter. Quality and Durability: Great quality braided cable and doesn’t tangle easily and can withstand day-to-day usage. L-Shaped pin: This is very innovative by Portronics and it makes sure the cable doesn’t get damaged even if used while charging. CarPlay and Data Sync: Works smoothly with CarPlay and syncs data effortlessly. PS: I have used this cable only with the Original Apple Charging Brick and extremely satisfied with its performance.
