Item was as described and was delivered in a timely fashion. The Snellen chart is good quality. The extra pointer and eye cover are okay, but not has high of quality as the chart, but they will serve their purpose.

A few other reviewers have pointed out the edges stay curled up. It ships to you rolled up. I was a bit worried it wouldn't straighten out, but I taped the edges with masking tape and it looks fine. Box also comes with circular double sided stickers for you to stick onto wall.

This arrived rolled up. Trouble is it will not stay unrolled. Has To fastened very securely on all four corners plus sides. This is a roll of curly plastic not cloth. I thought you would just hang it with one tack through the grommet on the top. Totally useless, it's going back.
