A++ works how ever to get it working on the Wii U U must run homebrew and set it up as soon as U start to load the aroma os onto the Wii U for itto recognise the drive and not to recognise it as two drives if U don't follow this step then it won't work

Bought to power a HDD for my Amazon Cube. Didn't work but not the cables fault. Cable was well made. Would be better if the fly lead between the two USB A ports was longer.

Powers Wii U external hard drive
Nice handy cheap way to power a 1tb external hard drive to a Wii U. Works a treat. It’s quite short but it doesn’t really need to be longer than it is for my purpose. Does the job!

I used this to connect an external HDD to my Wii U. I've had it for some time now, and so far, nothing is on fire. Just plug in the one side to the HDD and the other two to the twin USB ports on the back of the console.
