This is a life saver if you have back problems causing pain. I have several, one for each chair I use frequently.

Great lumbar support
This is the best product I’ve found to support my lower back on planes, beach lounge chairs, and most any other chair with no lumbar support. I rake it on every trip - was great on 20 hour trip to Thailand. Landed with no back pain.

Works great but could be thicker.
I wish it was a bit thicker, so I didn't have to sit so far back in the chair for it to be effective. That's why the 4-star rating. But if you sit far back it works great.

Perfect size and firmness, I can't sit at my desk or drive without it!
I have a hard time sitting anywhere for a long period of time without some sort of lumbar support. I bought my first McKenzie Super Roll like a decade ago for my work chair, and absolutely loved it. I sit like 10+ hours a day in my chair, so it's such a huge relief to me. I also bought one for my minivan which I use every time I drive. I tried buying the Original McKenzie Roll for my other car, and though it works fine, I still prefer the compactness and firmness of this Super Roll. I accidentally left my Super Roll in a rental car recently, so I immediately ordered this (newer-model) Super Roll as a replacement, and love the texture of the fabric even more than the previous generation Super Roll. In all, I can't imagine life without these McKenzie Rolls and highly recommend them for anyone who needs lumbar support for an extended period of time in the car or at your desk.

The Goldilocks of back support pillows -- it's just right
I own an embarrassing number of back support pillows in different shapes and firmnesses -- they are all over the seats in my house. The typical shape of back support pillows, sort of like a whole secondary back cushion to a chair, really does not work for me. It pushes me too far forward on the seat of the chair and gives me trouble with my legs. This pillow, which just nestles into the hollow of my back, lets me sit up properly on the chair. The elastic keeps it in the right place so I don't have to fool with it all day. Very pleased to have found it.
