Texture is different pasta disintegrates gritty
We’ve tried the pasta in two meals - the first time maybe it was over cooked but it did not hold its shape and so the meal was blah just chunks of pasta. Second time it was not as bad but the texture is still an acquired taste. You really have to WANT to eat this instead of regular pasta. Mind confusion lol
