Is this what would be considered the “Hi” or “Lo” model?

They sell a Hi and Lo version. The Hi is 10mm taller for international bills. The LO is best for US currency. Dimensions 115mm x 85mm (lo) 115mm x 95mm (hi)

is the right bottom card pocket thats cut lower than the rest less "tight" than the others?

Perhaps just a little bit less tight. Moreover, it has a little "notch" or cut-out to facilitate retrieving that card (I use it for my most-used credit card). The other two card pockets on that side are not as tight as in many wallets; but not intended to pack with cards.

Is it normal for the corners/edges to already have some wear signs(dye rubbing off) after less than a weeks use(java color)?
