We are into the pharmaceutical distribution business and one of the products is hyaluronic acid injection which is used to treat osteoarthritis. One of the hardest to explain to the patients is the stage of their knees and how the product will prevent deterioration of the knees. The model is a great tool to show to the patients the mechanics vs. pictures and words. I like this model due to its presentation of the disease and the accompanying materials. Delivery was also okay. To improve, the picture of the product should be placed beside a normal sized object that will allow the prospective online buyer to decide whether the model is the right one. I had to look at the dimensions of the model to make that decision.

We conduct clinical research studies of osteoarthritis, and these really help our patients understand better.
