Great Product to make extra hanging space on wardrobes
This is ideal to make more hanging space. I have bought three so far for my wardrobes. Sturdy and good finish. Real easy to assemble and put in wardrobe.

Allow time- no instructions with product.
Allow time to put together and fit. The product is good, well made, and does the job- but- comes with absolutely no instructions. There are several QR codes on the packaging, none of which lead to any real instructions on how to fit the thing. We were working in a space just 1 inch larger than the minimum requirements of the product, so it wasn’t the easiest. For anyone working in a similar space- attach the arms and rail (not forgetting the pull down handle) BEFORE fixing anything to the wall. Attempting to move the mechanism without the arms in place is impossible, but fitting the arms once it’s on the wall (when working in a small space) is also very difficult. Once everything is in place and fitted the pull down mechanism works well and isn’t too difficult to push up and pull down, though it is a little stiff. Overall a good product and good value for the price, but not the easiest for a beginner DIYer.

Really good quality.
This is really well made, easy to fit and use. It appears to have been made in Turkey. All the parts are obvious and well packaged. I wouldn't have any doubt about buying another one.

Doesn’t work
The central pole doesn’t stay in place because the pull down bar pulls it out of place. Have had to replace both - makes the product redundant. Do not recommend

Makes high cupboard space available
This is a great product. The to area of most tall cupboards becomes a shelf and dumping ground. This makes that very accessible and looks very impressive when you pull down the bar to use. Be careful when fitting, ensure the bar is upright (stopper provided ) and position the product so the bar is in the middle between front and back of cupboard, or when you load the bar the hangers may stick out or be positioned too far back and hit the back of the cupboard. This looks so cool when used.

Great kit but with reservations
Well engineered side plates and easy to fit but the variable width top rail is lacking in robustness . I've replaced it with a solid rail cut to suit my wardrobe.
