This may be life-changing
Does that sound overblown? I don't know. I've needed to improve my eating habits in a return-to-the-workplace world, and I cherish this thermos for the way it makes it so easy for me to have a healthy, satisfying breakfast every day. Four ounces of old-fashioned oats, eight ounces of boiling water, a dollop of Better than Bouillon chicken concentrate, stir well, crack an egg into it, and open an hour later at my desk. Perfection. So good I do it on the weekends too, more often than not. Essential everyday carry.

WHY I GAVE THIS ITEM 4 STARS IS THAT IT COULD WORK ON ITS LOCKING THREAD ON ITS CAP IT TENDS AT TIMES TO REQUIRE TO BE RESEALED TO BE OPENED AS ITS AIR TIGHT WITH THE HEAT. Worth buying
Don’t have a photo of it, but it is how it is on the picture. The food is hot for 8 hours, you can pour soup in it too. We bought one, later I ordered another one for my husband as well.
