I'm a diabetic, and I was looking for a better solution for carrying my testing kit. This little pouch is PERFECT! It has plenty of room to carry several days' worth of testing supplies and the test kit. It contains: Contour Next Meter Microlet lancing device Small container with test strips (like a TicTac box) Several lancets A stack of Alcohol pads I've also added a small flashlight and pocket knife when I'm out and about, and there's plenty of room for cash and cards as well. I liked it so much I got a second one in a different color for my backup kit.

Good pouch for my small edc carries. (Small wrench, pliers, multi tool, etc) Ample space for a morale patch. Small form factor that can can be tucked into a go bag or sling. My only con that I notice is the zipper is not smooth. Maybe with a little more use it will become smoother?

Bought this small pouch to carry medical supplies at work & on the go. This pouch attaches to my sling bag through the MOLLE strap and holds: 1 tube diabetic test strips with attached glucometer (size of small watch face). Lancets Re-purposed Zippo lighter pill case. Lip balm. The pouch is sturdy, no rips or tears. Good zippers that stay shut. The interior has 1 mesh single pocket pouch, the other side is a pocket with straps for holding items.

Quality seemed to be good but my beef was with the molle spacing. Molle webbing is, or should be,1" wide. If you're going to have this as a feature, it would be advantageous to ensure they are spaced to spec so the pouch will attach correctly to whatever bag you have with Pals webbing. This pouch is out of spec on the molle, and the straps don't start at the very top so it's floppy when you weave it onto your bag. Sorry, it's a no go. I returned it.

The stretch fabric, the webbing, the Molle capabilities. Sick pouch that works good, i keep it in my water bottle pouch with a full emergency tool kit. But the zipper does catch at the very end of its circle so it’s almost like it doesn’t open quite all the way. However it’s barely noticeable and I still give it 5 *

Perfect Size for those that carrying very little items. Quality is Great, 1 Zipper compartment and easy to carry.

Got this to be my little ouch pouch for work. And it's just the right size to carry all the normal stuff i need for cuts and scratches and such. The only bad thing is the clip that comes with it is really bad at staying closed, but i replaced with carabiner
