Bad batch?
I love park seed, but these Petunias never sprouted. Not sure why.

It's good
Got 8 sprouts from 11seeds, 4 stars, because at this price I would expect 10/11. I started inside, in February, it took around 15 days to see some growth.

Quality sub-par
These have been very slow to germanate even with a heat pad

Came from China. Took over a month and never grew.
Took forever to arrive. It sprouted and then died. Don’t waste your time or money. Just find a grown plant.
