I gave this a three ONLY because it was not compatible with my original system. The customer service was excellent. The seller went above and beyond to help make it right, but alas it just didn't work out. If it had been compatible, I would have given it a FIVE star.

Purchased this phone for a friend who already had two panasonic phones and wanted a third phone to connect with the other two. My friend told me thay she was having trouble with the phone but I was not able to go to her house and check it out until yestedrday.I discovered that the phone is fully charged but will not stay on. If you put the phone on the charger and wait until the phone indicates that the phone is fully charged, and then take the phone off the charger and press talk, the phone comes on for a second and then turns off. Press talk again and the phone does not turn on. The phone does not work. I feel bad for my friend because she paid about $40 for two phone and then she paid $30 for this third phone that doesn't work.. It is now too late for a refund.
