Health itself, containing a lot of vitamins and microelements, is salvation for the intestines and the whole bodyIf it is too acidic, you can rinse it with water or squeeze out the juice. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Squeeze out excess cabbage juice, add finely chopped onion and apple, pepper, sugar and olive oil or good oil and you have a delicious and healthy salad that goes well with fried fish, but not only.You can also rinse the cabbage with cold water, put a pork knuckle or shoulder or other pork meat, allspice, bay leaves, peppercorns on the bottom of the pot, put the cabbage on it, pour a little water and cook until the meat and cabbage are tender. The water must have almost completely evaporated.You can eat it like this (healthier), or brown one or two tablespoons of flour in oil or lard and boil it with cabbage (tastier).Served with mashed potatoes

Healthy probiotic food
I try to include some pickles in my meals as they are good for your health as probiotics. This brand is one of my go to when I crave some fermented cabbages. I eat it besides hotdogs or gammon or national dishes.

I wish I liked this...
... as I know it's supposed to be very good for you. I imagined it would taste a bit like coleslaw in vinaigrette but no. It's more reminiscent of soggy, shredded salt and vinegar crisps that have been left to stand for a week or so. Can you get it in capsule form?

No live cultures
Got this for live cultures/for gut health, but its pasteurised, therefore not much different from pickled cabbage, which can be bought cheaper. Still, it does taste good hence 3 star.
