No. But it does alert you when you go over the speed limit. It will also let you know if there is a speed or red light camera.

I got this for my husband and he says that no gps is showing on the screen and he can't 'mark' because it is saying no gps. Bluetooth is working.

Have him try it in another vehicle. If it works in the other vehicle then his vehicle may have a metallic coated windshield which is blocking the GPS signal (and radar detection for that matter). He may be able to find If GPS is not working in another vehicle or in the open air then there is an issue with the MAX 3 requiring it to be serviced or replaced.
