Some people have opinions about duplicate stickers, I like the stickers, and I like knowing that I have enough stickers to pass around to my coworkers and not having to kick myself in the end because I didn’t save a sticker for myself.

OMG, I kept some & gave the rest away & people were literally running over to get all the different stickers for their hard hats.

Not a good buy!
Stickers are not shiny like a traditional sticker you would get. More of a matte color so, they don't show well. Also, not water proof as you would expect from a hard hat sticker. Yes they give you 300 stickers, but it consist of 3 packs of 100 stickers of the exact same stickers. Not recommended if you like different stickers. A lot of the same type of stickers, American flag, skulls, not funny stickers etc. I bought a separate pack of 150 and got a way better variety at a better price. Don't waste your money$
