Well made easy to use and very effective

It fits well around my arm, its easy to adjust but I can't feel much cold at all on bare skin where its needed ie epicondyle

It is a little difficult to use at first but the secret is not to let it freeze hard. It works really well helping to provide pain relief to my fractured elbow. It reduced the swelling and pain.

Bought for tennis elbow. It hasn’t helped the tennis elbow but that’s not the fault of the product. Very well made, lovely soft material inside and a pouch to store it in the freezer. A bit tricky to put in place on your own but still manageable.

Think I'm reading reviews for a different product 🤔. The product is well made, it will fit a range of sizes & would be suitable for knees too. I find the freezer too much, si put it in the fridge. I am using it to reduce swelling following surgery on my elbow. The negative is that it is a complete nightmare to put on one handed. Guessing they have stopped providing a storage pouch too.

I have tennis elbow and this is amazing! It is easy to put on yourself and goes around the whole joint to help the pain. Can be a little difficult to manipulate when completely frozen but soon softens up to use.

This is an amazingly high quality and versatile ice pack! Very high value for the price. Rugged material and long straps allow you to use it on knees, shoulders, elbows and whatever other parts you can imagine 😊. It is cold as your freezer can make it, but fabric insulation is enough for direct contact with skin.
