L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Monos Eyeshadow, Quartz Fume, 0.12 oz.

I usually buy palettes and the light color always runs out first, so I have been searching for the right base color that I can buy to use after that happens and I found it. I love this color. It goes on matte but is also creamy, without being shiny....HOW is that possible? I don't get it, but it happens. It is a great base and can be layered if you want more cream color to show under eyebrows or on lids. The item itself is pretty good sized and the quality is top notch.

Ive used this as a base shadow for about 3 years now. Its the exact shade of my skin, its matte and long wearing, and the formula is easily blendable and buttery soft. The single pans are perfect because I wear this every day and you get a good amount of product. Its great by itself or as a transition shade. I hope they never stop making this because Ive never found another shade or formula this good.

This is still sealed as shown in the photos. Its clearly mangled on the inside and somehow the outside is all nasty dirty too. It looks like someone tossed a few cases in the dryer for a few then shipped put the "surviors" or something. Very disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter who kept using my more expensive black eye shadow. First of all, it was shipped with some new books that I ordered and there were black flecks all over my new books. Not the kind of flecks that you can simply brush off, but the kind that sort of stain a bit and that you have to diligently work at to try to get off. After 2 days of my daughter using this eye shadow, there were black flecks EVERYWHERE! All over the bathroom counter and floor and her bedroom. What a mess!! So not worth the aggravation. Into the garbage it went.

The shadow is silky soft and the color is pretty. It’s just a shame that it was all busted up when I received it. Maybe wrapping it up in bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts before packaging it to send would avoid this happening. I’m going to try to still use this but may have to wind up throwing it away, so not sure if I will try a repeat with this seller.UPDATE 7/7/20:I have been reading the reviews on this product since I wrote my review the other day and I wish I had done so before purchasing this as MANY others have also stated they received this product smashed to bits, so I guess it’s pretty much a crapshoot as to whether it will arrive intact or not. Seems like after so many reviews pointing out this issue they would have fixed it, but I guess not.

L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Monos Eyeshadow, Paris Beach, 0.12 oz. arrived broken in pieces. This will make it difficult to use and will not last as long as one that is in tact. I do not think I should have to pay for returning this item. Especially, since return postage would be as much as the item itself. In the future please send items like this in something other than a manila envelope.

The media could not be loaded.  Can’t return it even thought it came busted up inside sealed container. I’m shocked there’s a no return policy when something arrives damaged. Buyers beware!

I gave this 5 stars because the product itself is great, but the color shown is misleading so I wanted to warn everyone. I bought this color because it looks neutral and many said they used it as a base. The color is more of a maze however and I can't wear yellow so I had to give it away. If you're looking for a light yellow then go for it!
