The balls and rods were a lot smaller than I expected them to be (the rods are around 1cm long, and I was expecting them to be around 1 inch) however that doesn’t take away any of the fun.I’m not sure how many pieces the nifty box contains either, but there are more than advertised - which simply means you can construct bigger and better designs.The magnetic rods are STRONG - each little rod can easily pick up 6 or so balls; I’d class them as in line with neodymium magnets, but not as fragile.My sole complaint is that there is no booklet of designs or anything to get you started, although with the internet it’s really a minor issue.Oh - given the strength of the magnets, keep them away from children and pets. The last thing you want is them being swallowed.I’ve already ordered another couple of sets so that I can build even bigger projects. Let the games begin!

Very small, but surprisingly strong 🧲 and comes with a neat little tin container. It keeps my little ones occupied for ages, so make good little fiddle toys and helps to develop their creativity. Good value for money compared to what I've seen forsale in toy shops and other Internet outlets.

I struggle with biting the skin around my fingers and brought these as a fidget toy - they actually worked! I play with these when I’m not doing anything with my hands, and even my partner, dad and friends have had a little play with them! I would highly recommend to anyone with anxiety

My son suffers with anxiety, these have helped him so much. My son is 14. I wouldn’t recommend them for much younger than teenager years. Small enough in the metal case they come in to fit in his pocket and take with him :)

Magnets are basically magic...Bought this for my 14 year old son for Christmas and he pretty much stopped opening the rest of his presents in order to build a magnetic structure! Big hit +
