I love the stand but the piece that holds the rack up is broken other than that it's great product

Don’t stand up good keep falling over

Given that this stand is sold specifically for its compatibility with the 26" singer steam press, I expected to find that the steam press would fit well on the stand (it did), that the stand would would be stable and sturdy (yes on both accounts), have a height where I can sit on my couch and press clothes while watching TV (also a yes), and that it would hold the steam press securely in place for it to be operated safely ...The stand has 4 bolt/screw holes that (I assumed) could be aligned with the base of the steam press so one can screw the press to the stand and have it held securely. Unfortunately, no such holes exist on the steam press base. Instead, there's a Velcro strap that is supposed to be used to hold your steam press to the base.Now at first, you may think this to be a poor solution for fastening a hot and heavy item balanced on a tripod. But when you actually try using it this way, you realize that this impression is 100% right.The steam press will keep shifting on the stand every time you close the lid to steam a garment, requiring constant adjustment to stop it falling off, while hanging from the Velcro strap, possibly burning you and others in the vicinity (think pets, kids, etc.)Iss it made of quality material? You bet!! But it's the equivalent of a luxury super car with wooden square wheels.I wish I'd simply bought a picnic table instead of this, and probably saved some money also.

1- Singer's Steam press can not anchor securely to the stand, there is a flimsy Velcro that isn't substantial to secure the heavy steam press to the flimsy stand.2- The stand's leg don't expand easily, while the picture shows fully opened.3- There are no manuals or videos as how to set up the stand.Maybe they sent the wrong unit! I'm returning the stand and if can't find a reliable table, I have to send the Steam press itself back as well... disappointed that Singer, a trusted name, is putting out such a poor devices.
