I cannot express how pleased I am with this headset.
I have struggled to find something comfortable to wear easy to charge and seamless to operate in a headset for years. I listen to audio, mostly spoken word, a lot and this unit is absolutely brilliant for that. The audio is clear, precise and also the design means that I can still hear things happening around me. The unit is comfortable even while I am wearing glasses. The battery life is a solid 7 hours for me. The charging case works wonderfully and I do not have to fiddle jiggle or generally manipulate things to make it work (unlike other units I have worked with). I have found that the microphone suits me to a t.All in all I have not found any downsides for myself. The unit is comfortable to wear even given the large form factor. I am told I have a large skull so take that as you will. It even fits comfortably whilst I am wearing a hat.

Tried too many different headset and this one has clearest mic
Definitely recommend. I tried about 10 different ones even too rated in amazon and done lots of testing and found this had the best microphone and noise cancelling. I could be on the motorbike driving and speaking from my helmet and the other person will think I'm at home in a quiet room now that's ultra quality!

A good hands free kit
Overall a good Bluetooth headset, with good battery life, sometimes drops connection to the phone/s, you can connect 2 phones at the same time.

Poor speaker and mic connection
Bad sound quality: both in terms of what you hear and what others hear when you speak. Very tinny for the price.
