This UV flashlight arrived on time and was packaged reasonably well. It is very heavy duty and looks very nice. The light is wide and bright and very visible which works amazing for the project I purchased it for! Would definitely recommended to my friends!

Definitely worth the money for anything but finding urine. I tried it a couple times. Works good to use to make the glow and dark toys glow! Decent size. But if you looking to find urine it didn’t work for me so I dont know if It work for you.

I wanted a UV light to use to investigate if my kitten was stress and sprayed. So cheap, not highest quality was my target. So far so good, light is bright and works. Been a few weeks I'm happy. If you order this light expecting professional materials and build quality look at the price then check you expectations

I bought this for inspecting my bathrooms while cleaning. I’ve also used it for spotting scorpions, and inspecting hotels. It has a fairly wide beam with a much smaller/stronger focal point. Like all black lights, it works best with white lights turned off and blinds closed. The head is just under 2-1/4” making it uncomfortable in jeans pockets, but comfortable in loose pockets. Overall length is 5-3/4”. The body is constructed of aluminum, and feels pretty solid. The button has a very audible click and tactile feedback. On the bottom end there’s a wrist strap. The lens is plastic, but recessed. 3 AA batteries are needed, and the rechargeable type that put out 1.2v work fine as well as the standard 1.5v

The light had great coverage with all the lumens and whatnot. The frequency of the light is ideal for illuminating stuff which does not show up in natural light alone. If you need this for detecting pet urine it does work. It’s not as bright as some of the other ones I’ve tried and the it only works for smaller areas at a time (not as many uv lights) and only works when your house is Pitch Black dark. So if you want to find one that works with just a little light coming through your windows this is NOT the one on you! It will pick up older stains that have already been cleaned so you have to pay attention to which one looks a little brighter. I would have returned this for a bigger brighter one but I’m in the process of replacing my carpets now so this will work for other small jobs I need later down the road.

I bought this because I have a senior dog that I thought might be possibly having leak issues while sleeping. I have waterproof reusable bed pads that are soft and well made that I use to cover her bed or where she sleeps just in case but I think I tend to over wash these pads because maybe she is or maybe she isn't leaking so I thought this would help me discover if for sure it needed wash without having to feel it or smell test throughout the pads. It does help you see stuff but not necessarily ONLY urine. It picks up where she might have licked the pad where a treat was dropped. It shows more in the area she lays and licks her front feet or toys than urine drops. It does not light up like a neon sign for urine and you have to look patiently. Despite not being quick, and easy to hunt urine stains, the light is well made. It is bright enough to show things if you look hard enough and know what to look for, or you are wanting to confirm if you have cleaned up an area enough. It is a durable light and while it has some weight to it to be easy to hold it isn't too heavy to use for a long period as I understand this is amazing to hunt scorpions. I do use it, but it just isn't the help that photos showed it would be for me. Hope that helps.
