Q: "all sizes" does not answer the size question. Numeric measurements does. What are the sizes?

The green are 1” The pink are 1 1/4” The purple are 1 1/2”

Q: Are these rollers aluminum on the inside?

Could be very light metal that warms up well with a blow dryer.

Q: When I unroll my hair, it gets all caught up? How can I easily roll and unroll them without breaking my hair?

This has worked for me, for many years. With each section, pull all the hair together, and roll it all in the the middle of the roller, not across the entire roller. Also, a good conditioner is a must. Un-roll each roller, "pulling" them out, will cause them to tangle. Hopes this helps:)

Sorry, just noticed this. I don't know what "Caruso moist heat" is, but my favorite way to use them is to put them in my dry hair before showering on non-hair wash day. The steam from the shower results in great results. But they also work great on wash day after blowdrying and using on nearly or completely dry hair. Love them.
