Mini Cinnamon Baking Chips, 1 lb – For Cookies, Scones, Breads & More

These chips are so delicious. My only complaint is that I wish they came in a larger bag.

I used these last night to add to my snickerdoodle dough and they added extra cinnamon flavor to the cookies. Note, they are not the size of regular cooking chips, they are very tiny maybe 1/8". So you won't get a lot of flavor in a bite.

Taste is wonderful! I just wish they came in a larger size. The mini chips are too small for trail mix and wouldn't give enough punch of flavor in cookies. If they could provide larger/normal size chips I'd buy them regularly.

I’ve not cracked them open but they were packed with such care I’ll go ahead and give 5 stars. Ordered with really hot weather and they were packaged in an insulated bag with little ice packs. They look great and I’m excited to make scones with them!

Chips were very tasty and went well in the cinnamon bar recipe I had.

When these arrived I noticed they did not look fresh. They aren't melted, but the middle is one big clump and didn't separate, and there is little melted crumb particles all over the inside of the bag. I tasted one and it didn't melt but got stuck in my teeth and stayed there, like a chunk of wax. They do taste like cinnamon, but the texture is so off putting it was like paraffin in my mouth. When I tried it again next day, I didn't chew it but let it melt in my mouth, it was grainy and not smooth/melty and left an oily, waxy coating in my mouth. So disgusting, I would never put this in food. The most maddening part is I paid $13 and Amazon states this item is not returnable.

The chips are very soft. They arrived slightly melted as it was a warm day and they came late afternoon.
