Awesome charger good customer service
I needed a replacement charger for my MSI Thin after the original one started sparking due to a shortage. I purchased this charger, and it's honestly far better than the one that came with the laptop. The cord is thicker and feels more durable, and the extra heads it comes with are a great bonus! The customer service was also outstanding. When the first charger I bought broke unexpectedly after a few months, they resolved the issue in just one day and sent me a new charger at no extra cost. I highly recommend this charger if you're in need of a reliable replacement!

Works well so far as a replacement power cord
This works well. The power cord I had before was chewed by my cat. This one is working well as a replacement and I will try to hide it from my cat when the laptop is not in use.
