Not good!
Great for the first 2 weeks, does what I wanted it to do. Then splits into two, now useless and not mendable.

Just awesome! Best tricep rope on Amazon. You can do a lot with this and not just for triceps. Great for face pulls, some rowing moves, and lat pulls. We had two of these stolen at my local gym in three months. Now I have my own set and don’t have to worry about not finding them on the gym floor
