Solgar Chelated Copper Tablets, 100 Count

I'm a regular customer of these supplements. The solgar brand is my go to for supplements.

I bought this to assist with my anemia, joint probs and skin. I can't take normal iron supplements, I take beetroot. I added the copper to benefit the beetroot in helping my body be able to create more batural blood along with eating iron rich foods. Since taking it, I feel better. My joints don't hurt as much and I think its working well with the beetroot for anemia. Bottle comes with 100 tablets. Its a great buy and they don't have a taste and you can easily swallow them. I will buy the product again!

Literally wanted to take these for a few months to give an honest review! I bought these to keep my hair from turning gray and I could not believe I have not had to get my roots touched up in 3 months!!

I get a lot of zinc from other supplements and my diet so I add this to make sure I get enough copper.

Capsules did exactly what I needed them to do. They were easy to swallow, great value for the money, and served their purpose. Purpose. Appear to be great quality and I would buy again.

Good product but a bit over priced. Serum copper levels still not increased. Perhaps it takes time only. Good packing.
