Q: is this product good for showers with white tiles all around and fiberglass bottom

I don't *think* I would use this on a fiberglass tub (because of the potential for scratching). It's made for cleaning grout, and does an excellent job on grout.

Q: Is this safe to use on the grout between travertine tiles, a natural stone? Or would it scratch the tile?

I used the brush on the grout between Mexican saltillo tiles, also a natural stone. No problems. The brush works great.

Q: does this come with the extension rod

No. There is no place to attach a rod. It has the best bristles and cleans like no other brush.

Needs some squish to the handle

Really great brush. Couldn’t believe the grime it got, I don’t think the former owners of our house EVER cleaned the grout.I only used this for 30 min, alternating hands, and my hands were cramping.
