Great product! I highly recommend them if you’re on your feet a lot or if you’re very athletic.

Good nb insert, nice cushioning, trimmed nicely to fit in my women’s new balance running shoes size 9, giving new life to my shoes!

They are comfortable and need that support in the arch and heel They work

was a little bit over sized in length and width, but laying the old ones on top and out lining them add a trip to the band saw made them fit great

The size for men lists at max 9, I am a size 9. No special fit (narrow, wide, etc.) I put these in my composite toe shoe and they were too long in the 4th/5th toe area as it buckled up. I was able to gauge were I neeed to cut based on the creases that were created. I have been using these now for a couple weeks and they are doing the job they were created for. Recommended with caution.

Well made and nice thick cushion. Easy to insert and adds a delight to your step.
