PICKLED KOREAN SIDE DISH (PICKLED RED GINGER STRIPS)

I love these pickled garlic cloves. I use them in cooking, but I mostly just like to eat them the way they are.

IT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED IN A JAR. THE PLASTIC BAG MAKES IT TASTE LIKE SWEAT.

I really enjoy the brine of the garlic scapes, and salt level is perfect. They are crunchy and unique in their texture. Unfortunately, they are very sweet. I wish the company would offer same product without sugar as an option. I would be a regular customer!

I like texture and taist.

I was thinking more along the lines of daikon, but it’s all right.

Some may find this a better product than myself. I fully expected it to taste like the pickled garlic I get in hawaii. Had an odd after taste and was a waste of my personal money. I hope others find it to their liking.

They are good but not as good as the Japanese rakkyo
